Privacy

How CORA, the Truelight Glory House companion, handles your information.

No account needed

You don't sign up or give your name. CORA recognises your browser with a random anonymous ID in a cookie so it can keep your conversation together.

What we keep

The text of your conversation with CORA is stored against that anonymous ID for 30 days, then deleted automatically. You can delete it yourself at any time with the “Clear” button in the chat — that removes it from our servers.

Voice

If you use voice, your recording is sent to our speech provider (ElevenLabs) to be turned into text, and CORA's reply is turned into speech the same way. We do not store any audio — recordings and replies exist only in memory while they are processed and played.

Who processes your messages

Your messages are sent to an AI language model provider to produce answers. Please don't share sensitive personal details (passwords, bank or ID numbers, medical information) in the chat.

Reporting a problem

If you tap “Report a problem” on an answer, that answer, the question that prompted it, and your anonymous ID are sent to the Truelight Glory House team so they can correct it.

Cookies and protection

We use only essential cookies: your anonymous conversation ID, and a short-lived marker that you passed our human check. To prevent abuse we briefly count requests by IP address and browser; this is not used to identify you. We run no advertising or analytics trackers.
